He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl G. Niebauer and Margaret M. Niebauer (Austin); and his sister Carole Austin. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Zeigler (Krystle Tomczak) of Erie and Jennie Ringor-Tomas (Kris) of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Jaiden, Martin, Austin, LeDena, Giovanni Lucien, Saoirse Roux and Alease; his great grandchild Eirik; his sister Judith Janke; Justina Robison of Erie, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
