She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin J. Falandys, and Dorothy Falandys, Sr. (White); and her brother Marty Falandys, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Bortner; her stepson Russel Piechotka; her siblings, Elaine Agnello, Christopher Falandys and Christine Falandys; and her siblings' children, Nicole Jaskiewicz, Sean Falandys, Edward Komorek and Cinnamon Komorek. She is also survived by several cousins, great-nieces and nephews.
