In the sacred silence of farewell, Carolyn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Billig and Marjorie Billig; her husband Robert V. Rapp; her brother Gary Billig; and also, Vincent and Mae Rapp.
She is survived by: her children, Christen Rapp (Bill Steinfurth), Amy Kossbiel (Brett Filipowski) and Matthew Rapp (Kielly); and her grandchildren, Cody Anderson and Lindsay (Nick McNally).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services West Ridge (3801 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16506).
