With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles H. Dougherty (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 5, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dougherty and Rose Dougherty (Bonomini). He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Harding (Earl) and James Dougherty (Sheila); his children, Chip Dougherty (Kathryn), Jennifer Held, Michael Dougherty (Kathleen) and Anne Smith (Richard); his grandchildren, Lauren Philips (Liam) of Delaney Held, R. V, Coal Dougherty, Colleen Dougherty (Ethan Bennett), Matthew Dougherty and Morgan Dougherty; and his great grandchildren, Jack Charles Philips and Kieran Douglas Philips.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Second Harvest Food Bank or Veterans Miracle Center of Erie.
