She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. DeVita and Emma Lou DeVita; her former husband John Andrzejczak; her husband Edward Perry; her siblings, Diane Peelman, Danielle Peyton and Joseph DeVita; her daughter Suzanne Hadden (William Hadden II); and her grandson William Hadden III.
She is survived by: her brother Jim DeVita of Erie; her sons, John Andrzejczak (Cathleen) of Parker and Timothy Andrzejczak (Bonnie) of Colorado Springs, Colorado.; and her grandchildren, Ted Hadden, Ian Andrzejczak, Cameron Andrzejczak, John Hadden (Lisa), Christine Andrzejczak, Paige Andrzejczak, Victoria Balcita (Rachelle), Allison Andrzejczak (Shawn), Tessa Andrzejczak, Kayla Walker and Johanna Prestel.
