She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Flak of New Castle; and her sister Jean Ann Flak. She is survived by: her mother Marcyne Biddle Flak; her daughters, Miranda Flak of New Castle, PA, Carley Gramsky of Pittsburgh, PA and Jenna Flak of Erie, PA.; her grandsons, Kash, Ja'Sani and Giovanni; her siblings, Suzann "Mike" Aeschbacer, Jeffrey Flak of New Castle, PA. and Michael Flak of New Castle, PA.; her husband Lamont Smith; and her close friends, Natasha Thompson, Shanell Mooney, Roslyn McIntosh and Mia Mangino Burton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
