He is survived by: his wife Susan Merski (Hain); his children, David Merski, Lisa Hudson (David), Michael Merski (Jennifer) and Susan Stubenhofer (Jason); his grandchildren, Collin Hudson, Ryan Hudson, Gabrielle Merski, Molly Merski, Noelle Merski, Aidan Huson, Jack Merski, Brady Stubenhofer, Owen Hudson, Katelyn Merski, Ian Stubenhofer and Max Stubenhofer; and his sisters, Mary Ann Ekelund, Judy Hain, Kathy Davis and Cheryl Webster.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Anna Shelter, Erie Humane Society, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
