He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Yaple and Nellie Yaple (Rogers); and his brother Gordon Yaple. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly (Kress); his children, David Yaple (Charilyn) of Minneapolis, MN, Allyn Cymbl of Erie, PA, Kelly Godzwa (David) of Springfield, MO, Sky Chernauskas (Andrew) of Erie, PA and Micah Yaple (Julia) of Asheville, NC; his grandchildren, Veronica Lee (Lauren Campbell), Victoria, Ivan, Speed Yaple, Rebekah Balch (Luke), Joseph Godzwa (Tatiana), Jonathan Godzwa, River, Violet, Jude Chernauskas and Olive Yaple; his great grandchildren, Elliot Campbell and Mabel Balch; and his sister Polly Brown (Chuck) of Amory, MS. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
