She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Carter and Marian Carter (Langdon); her husband Terry Irwin; and her siblings, Lois Peres, Joyce Clark, Shirley Chenault and Bill Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Jackson of Lake City and Tina Irwin of Erie; her grandsons, Terry Jackson (Suzy) of Lake City and Brandon Foye of Erie; and her great grandchildren, Sydney and Bella Jackson of Lake City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
