It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dorothy West of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 93, on July 25, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Driscoll and Helen Driscoll (O'Neil); her husband Ronald West; her daughter Jane Pol; her sons-in-law, John Pol and Daniel Oler Sr.; her granddaughter Kelly Ann Pol; and her sisters, Mary Foessett, Nancy Abel and Patty Trapp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Pat Vlahos, Kathy Smith (Brad), Sue Oler Minarich (Dan Minarich), Diane Falk (Tom) and Amy West Poley (Sean); and her sister Jean Nies. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (845 E 38th St, Erie, PA 16504). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (2701 East Ave, Erie, PA 16504).
