He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Moffat and Josephine Moffat (McCray); his former wife Juvia Moffat; and his nieces and nephews, Kim and Fuzzo.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Moffat (Ron), Scott Moffat (Mary Beth), Missy Moffat Wells (Andrew) and AJ Zelina (Betsy); his close friend Denise Zelina of Erie; and his siblings, Pete Moffat of Cambridge Springs and Diane Schmidt of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by many grandchildren, a great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.
