She was predeceased by: her parents, Lysle H Donnell and Martha P Myers Donnell; her husband Kenneth Leroy Woods; her son Dean Woods; and her siblings, Elizabeth Connell, Dorothy Donnell, James and Robert Donnell.
She is survived by: her children, Debora Amadei (Dave), Deanna Goodwill (Christopher) and Duane Woods (Jeridy Faith). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Freay Funeral Home (139 S Erie St, Mayville, NY 14757). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations can be made to the Stanley Hose Fire Department (PO Box 574, Sherman, NY 14781).
