He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J Czulewicz and Helen M Czulewicz; his son Roger Allen; and his sister Anne. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Walsh; his daughter Dr Laura C Reese; his son-in-law Scott T. Reese; his granddaughters, Hannah Lynn and Katerina Taylor Reese; his brother Anthony "Tony" Czulewicz; and his sisters-in-law, Terry Dodson and Doris Walsh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was a generous supporter of the Pennsylvania State Police Gifts for Children program, Hamot Health Foundation, McGee Women's Hospital, and Penn State Behrend Engineering Scholarship Program.
