He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Fogl, Sr. and Charlotte A. Fogl; his wife Ruth; his brother Ladd S. Fogl; and his brother-in-law Lee Mauck.
He is survived by: his children, Lorraine Wedzik (Tom), Therese Sivers (Ted) and Frank Fogl (Sue); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Jennifer Wedzik Rossi, Sarah Kotanchiyev, Anthony Fogl, Ashley Kountz and Lindsey Fogl; Lydia Bennett (Rick), Robert Fogl (Barb), John Fogl, Irene Mauck and Charlotte Jorgenson (Bob). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (1595 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16508). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
