Gary J. Ryan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary J. Ryan of Erie, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 27, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gary may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ryan and Agnes Falderoff Ryan. He is survived by: his daughters, Lydia Cotter of Brooklyn, NY, Andrea Ward (David) of Millcreek and Katie Ryan (Sam Morrison) of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Ward, Elaina Ward and Julia Ward; and his sister Kathy Remmel (Charles) of Portland, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
