He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stanko and Mary Stanko; his wife Pearl (Pat); his sons, Gary and Greg; his grandson David Corklin; and his siblings, Rose Janowski, Mary Carr, Julia Dalton, Carol Stanko, Paul and Edward Stanko.
He is survived by: his children, George Jr. (Judy), Linda Hamilton (John), Gail Graham (Bruce) and Georgia Corklin; and his sister-in-law Lucille Stanko. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
