He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Mackay and Andrew Mackay; and his sister Andrea Mackay. He is survived by: his wife Annette Monahan Mackay; his son Steven (Lydia Jines); his siblings, Denise Schwab (Jerry) and Chuck Mackay (Desiree) of West Virginia; and his in-laws, Gary and Connie Monahan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
