He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Parshall and Clara Lawrence Parshall; his wife Evelyn Mancuso Parshall; his son Joseph Parshall; and his siblings, Diane Smith, Ronald and Richard Parshall.

He is survived by: his children, Steve (Kim) of Albion, Mark (Linda) of Waterford, Kim Lawrence of Erie and Lori Parshall of Erie; and his brother John "Jack" Parshall. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
