Gertrude Corey Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gertrude Corey of Erie, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gertrude left this world on December 5, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Crannell and Grace Pianta Crannell; her husband Don Corey, Sr.; her grandson Joseph Corey; and her siblings, Donald Crannell, Donna Kilbane, Alma Creese and Margaret Hemme.
She is survived by: her children, Don Corey, Jr. (Ruby), Joe Corey, Patty Corey, Robert Corey (Megan) and Steven Corey; her sister Patricia Nolan; her grandchildren, Sylvia, Grace, Hudson and Levi; and her great grandchildren, Maddox and Aubrey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (2607 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
