She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cacchione and Thomasina Cacchione (Barletta). She is survived by: her husband James Klemm; her children, Kimberly Gahring (Philip) of Gordonsville, VA, Christopher Klemm (Bonnie) of Baltimore, MD and Kevin Klemm (Holly) of Erie; her siblings, Frederick Cacchione of Naples, FL and Cynthia Toscano (Anthony) of Erie; and her grandchildren, Abbigail (Nicholas), Max (Victoria), Dominic (Diana), Aidan, Isabella, Myla and Mallory. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2115 W.8th.
