He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Warner of West Springfield, PA; his siblings, Theodore Jones (Gail) of Harborcreek, PA and Nancy Rumbarger of Newnan, GA; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Leavy (Terri) of Erie, PA and Fred Leavy III (Rose) of Clearfield, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
