She is survived by: her children, Adam Kernohan (Samantha "Peanut" Mitchell), Deborah Kernohan, Timothy Kernohan, Rachel Cannata, MacKenzie Cannata (Kevin Cross) and Samantha Corey; her grandchildren, Landon Kernohan, Autumn Rhines, Aubree Rhines, Ava Rhines, Bryson Kernohan and Emery Cross; her sister-in-law Karen Hadley; her nephew Jayson Hadley; her parents-in-law, Pat and Debbie Kernohan; and her cousins, April Hadley and Kelly Markiewicz.
