He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine "Pep" Spada and Henry "Hank" Spada; and his sons, Christopher and Adam. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Randazzo, Jason Spada, Amy Simonoff and Nicholas Spada. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
