He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Carter and Margie Carter of Erie; his grandson Tyshaun Thrower; and his sister Bobbie J. Hodge. He is survived by: his siblings, George Carter, Sr. (Geraldine Carter), Roy Carter (Dorothy), Anthony Carter and Nina Stewart (Charles Stewart) of Erie; and his children, Shuri Harden of Erie, Kobi Gore of Charlotte, NC., Dameon Ragland of Atlanta, Aje Gore of Erie, Diallo Meredith of Atlanta and Lashawn Moye of Erie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren.
