With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janet E. Birchard of Erie, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Hawk and Florence Hawk; her son James Birchard; and her siblings, Karen and Ronnie.
She is survived by: her husband Percy Birchard of Erie; her daughter Kari Birchard of Erie; and her siblings, Gary Hawk (Missy) of Titusville and Babs Somoski (Ed) of Edinboro.
