She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Waters and Doris Waters (Seileman); and her sister Diane Smith. She is survived by: her husband Glenn H. Scott; and her children, Jacolyn Dybka (late Stanley), Vicki Giraud and Randall Scott (Julie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
