She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Howey and Ethel Howey (Imamura); her husband Richard; her son Michael Steven; her siblings, Susan G Howard and Leslie; her grandsons, JaJuan James and Steven; and her great great grandchild Cam Hutchinson Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Graham (David) of Waterford, Karen Ondreako of Erie and Debra Garner of Waterford. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, two brothers, one sister, a very special friend, and friends.
