He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Burlingham (Rockwell) and Walter R. Johnson; his stepfather Walter Burlingham; his siblings, Gary Paul Johnson and Janet; and his brother-in-law Dawson G. Alsdorf.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Alsdorf of Wooster; his sister-in-law Judy Johnson; and his brother Harold Burlingham (Mary Ann) of Erie. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
