It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Molczan (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 25, 2025, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Ann Molczan (Bob Hunt) and James Molczan (David Radcliff); her siblings, Michael Molczan (Jessica), Jared Molczan and Sara Kineston (Tim); her nephew TJ Kineston; her grandmother Mary Molczan; her close friend Chewy; her aunt Joyce; her grandparents, William Molczan, Irene Blatt and Leo Blatt; and her pet Princess.
In lieu of flowers, family asked that donations can be made to Shriner's Hospital of Children.
