He was predeceased by: his parents, Vessie Lena Dozier and John A. Burton. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his aunt Joan Graves of Sharon Hill, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Smith and Sharon Smith Crisman. He is also survived by three nephews.
