He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Agnello and Anna C. Agnello (Hickel); and his brothers, David and Frank Agnello. He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jan" Sample Agnello; his children, Michelle Kamppi (Mark), Daniel (Christine), Michael (Denise), Patrick (Christine) and Todd (Heather); his grandchildren, Jason Kamppi, Emily Taylor (Brendan), Anthony Agnello (Caitlin), Samantha Agnello, Austin Agnello (Haley), Sarah Bosch (Beau), Jillian, Sam Agnello, Logan, Alex Agnello, Nick Unger (Brooke), Katlyn Scheppegrell (Andrew) and Jordan Jerek; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Julian, Forrest, Cooper Taylor and Johnny Bosch; and his sister Jennie Agnello of Girard.
