He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Cook and Mildred Cook (Roehm); his wife Joan Strike; and his son Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Mary) of Indiana, Brian (Robin) of Erie, Keith (Cindy) of Erie and Mary (John); and his brother Robert. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
