He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Semple and Elizabeth Semple (Mester); and his brothers, Walter, Robert, George and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Juliana Semple; his children, Kathleen Kutz (John) of Joseph, Semple, MD of James and Christine Semple (Bjorn Pettersen); his grandchildren, Allison Ernst (Nickolas), Maggie Kutz, Tim Kutz, Barbara Semple and Benjamin Joseph Semple; his great grandchild John Matson Ernst; and his sister Patty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interim Healthcare and Hospice of NWPA or a charity of your choice.
