She was predeceased by: her parents, Norval Cotter and Florence Vogel Cotter; her stepmother Anne Cotter; her sister-in-law Joan Cotter; and her nephew William Wicks.
She is survived by: her son Scott Pelinsky (Angela) of Erie; her siblings, Sue Wicks (Thomas) of Clarks Summit, PA and Joel Cotter of Erie; and her grandchildren, Mitchell Pelinsky of Erie and Rachel Pelinsky of Erie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services (2532 Norcross Rd, Erie, PA 16510). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
