She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Gaerttner and Georgia Mary Gaerttner (Brown); her husband Wilbur Mook; her children, Sean Mook, Brian Mook, Steve Mook and Michelle Mook Stratton; and her siblings, William, Raymond, Hugh, Charles, Otto, George, Richard, Ross Gaerttner, Sr., Mary Colvin, Louise "Irene" Yost, Loretta Joint, Rose Andrzejczak and Sally Joint.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Marsh (Jeff), Lynn Mook, Mark Mook, Patrick Mook and Cory Mook (Mary); and her caregiver Rose. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
