She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Fetzer and Marianne Fetzer; her sister Marie Fetzer Dorko (James); and her siblings-in-law, Florence Carr Keplinger (John), Ruthanne Carr Kirkutis, Marcella Carr Bleich (Fritz) and John Carr.
She is survived by: her son Major Tom Carr; her grandson Michael Thomas Carr; her husband Thomas Bernard Carr; her daughter Cathy Rozantz (Thomas); her sister Barbara Barber (Joseph); her sister-in-law Mary Carr of Exeter; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Derek and Raven Rozantz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (1595 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16508). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Church (2401 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16506). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
