He is survived by: his wife Annette Smart; his sister Jennifer Smart; his children, Joshua Smart and Morgan Smart; his stepchildren, Lauren Johnson, Manny Rodriguez (Heather), Richard Rodriguez (Ivette) and Adam Rodriguez (Roxana); and his grandchildren, Dominick, Kendall, Richard, Noah, Adam, Angelo and Olivia. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services West Ridge (3801 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16506). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
