With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard A. Posway of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Posway and Florence Posway (Orzechowski); his wife Theresa Posway; his son James "Poz" Posway; and his brothers, Joseph and Charles Posway.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Miller (Mark), Julie Hartmann (Brad) and John Posway (Elissa); his close friend Mary Ann Brence; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Nicholas, Michael, Molly, Maggie, Phillip, Daniel, Jennifer and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Neel, Bhoomi, Edward, Maxwell, Grant, Cora, Eliza, Haylee, Hannah, Hattie, Haven, Lennon and Elwynn.
