She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Harrington and Margaret Vitron Harrington; her husband Ronald Forness Sr.; and her children, Susan Forness and Ronald Forness Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Galoardi (Roger), Richard Forness (Susan), James Forness (Theresa) and Joseph (Jessica); and her friend Marge Hume. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (816 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16508).
