She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kurtz and Bertha Kurtz; her husband David E. Moore, Sr.; her son Daniel A. Moore; and her siblings, Joseph, George, Michael, Victor Kurtz, Agnes Washolovich and Anna Haag.
She is survived by: her children, David Moore (Joann) and Debbie Moore Johnson (Larry); her daughter-in-law Barb Moore Roeback; her grandchildren, David E. Moore III (Aimee), Matthew Moore (Tracy), Amanda Garrity (Rand), Michael Johnson (Danielle), Joe Moore (Natalia) and John Moore (Chandler); her great grandchildren, Caitlin Butler (Jake), Casey, Caroline, Matthew, Joseph, Valerie Moore, Alivia, Ella, Grace Garrity, Brianna and Vanessa Johnson; and her great great grandchild Robby Butler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
