He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth B. Heeter, Sr.; his grandparents, Richard, Inez Heeter, Bert and Amelia Wagner; his aunts and uncles, Jim, John, Ron, Tina and Joann; his nephew Kenneth B. "Kip" Heeter; and his cousins, Pam Balliet and Kris Rodgers.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Heeter (Wagner); his close friend Janet Fenstermacher; his children, Steve and Rachel; his siblings, Brenda Carr (Bob), Kenneth Heeter, Jr. and Steven Heeter (Linda); and his aunts and uncles, Bob, Bud (Bonnie), Norm (Louise), Linda and Gina.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in c/o the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.
