She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O'Shaughnessy and Bea O'Shaughnessy; her husband Jerry Hughes; and her grandson Owen Hughes. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hughes (Francy) of Cincinnati, OH, Katy Hines (Greg) of Erie, Kerry Hughes (Erie) of Pittsburgh and Chris Hughes of Erie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
