He was predeceased by: his son Benjamin Mitchell Holdsworth; his parents, Milford Simon and Doris Louise Holdsworth (Himebaugh); Milford Vincent Holdsworth, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Maureen (Kevin Bowman) and Liz (Tom La); his grandsons, Everett, Hudson, Noah, Elliott and Robbie; his sisters, Charlotte, Brenda and Linda; his friends, Mary Holdsworth, Mike Wonderly, Drew Botschner, Mindy Muenich and John Shultz; his caregiver Lori Gunty; and his sister Madeleine.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions to Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) or Dementia Alliance of North Carolina (dementianc.org) in his memory.
