He is survived by: his partner Gail Lillie; his children, Tiffany Sherry (Max) and Michael L. Boccio II (Emily); and his siblings, Kathleen Hoover, Patti Rose, Louis Boccio and Robert Boccio. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
