She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Peterson and Mary Micale Peterson; her sister Sally Peterson; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Arnold, Dorothy Szymanski and Margie Kinem.
She is survived by: her husband David J. Wierzchowski; her children, LeAnn Murray (Greg), David M. Wierzchowski (Melinda) and Lori Kozik (Chris); her grandchildren, Abby Murray, Emma Murray, Olivia Murray, Cooper Wierzchowski, Savannah Wierzchowski, Meghan Kozik, Ben Kozik and Tyler Kozik; her sisters, Kathy Malinowski (Matthew) and Sue Pancurak; and her brothers-in-law, Stan Shelly (Nollie) and Steve Szymanski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (2607 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
