He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Kopkowski and Andrew Kopkowski; his in-laws, Helen and Ed Zamorski; his sister Susan Fulton; and his brother-in-law David Fulton.
He is survived by: his wife Therese Zamorski; his siblings, John Kopkowski (Nadine) and Carolyn; his siblings-in-law, Ed and Antoinette Zamorski; his niece Stephanie Norsted (Lee); his friend John Cipriani (Judy); his godson David Cipriani (Mary Jarvie); his nieces and nephews, Christopher Kopkowski (Renee), Jennifer Radtke (Ron), Cynthia McCabe (Scott), Kathleen Schaaf (Larry), John Fulton (Hilary), Jim Fulton, Dan Fulton (Natalie) and Michele Hedglin (Ken); and his caregivers, Chrissy, Kate, Lynn and Serene. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
