He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Ouellet (Blakeslee) and Charles J. Ouellet; his siblings, Barbara and Robert (Sharel); his brother-in-law Ambrose Till; and the mother of his children Arlene Williamson.
He is survived by: his family Schaal Glass; his children, Kathleen Ouellet and Daniel (Marianne Ouellet); his grandsons, Mark, Joe of Erie and Jacob (Kristen) of Arlington, VA.; his sisters, Judy Till and Mary Jane Lockard (Bob); and his sister-in-law Sherri O'Connell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
