He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Moore and Rita Anderson Moore. He is survived by: his children, Kayla, Kelsey and Connor Moore; his siblings, Chris Moore (Julie), Laura Oldham (James) and Colleen Blackmore (Jon); and his granddaughter Mira Moore.
