He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Biggs and Elizabeth Forman Biggs; and his brother Daniel C. Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Swicker Biggs; his son Ralph W. Biggs, III (Lisa) of Erie; his grandchildren, Andrea Behan and Bryan Erdely; and his brother Warren R. Biggs (Vicky) of Marblehead, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
