Richard H. Brucker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard H. Brucker (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Richard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Richard's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Brucker and Virginia Brucker (Hazelton); his former wife Nellie Brucker (Beck); and his siblings, William Brucker and Marjorie Plyler.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Brucker (Soety); and his children, Robert Plyler (Tanya) and Wanda Plyler. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
